Business & Organisational Designer

Coming from a family of entrepreneurs and volunteers, I have been fascinated by organisations since my youth: Groups of people who come together to pursue a common goal and benefit society by creating security, prosperity, and continuity.

They are the backbone of civilisation, if done right. The Company of Strangers by Paul Seabright offers deep insight into this.

That's why I study and design organisations that are fun to run, allow employees to thrive, and make people smile.

Recent side projects

• Tinkering with effortless software to establish economic literacy for individuals - built with Cursor and LLMs.
• Launching the Startup Grind chapter in Valencia with a great team and a successful first event at Vortex Ciencias. I hosted the evening, interviewing Laurie Millotte, founder of Outshinery. Startup Grind connects local founders, investors, students, and partners with a global startup ecosystem.
